 Air Chains
We have two kinds of drying at the chain.
One is for cow whole hides where the drying happens in a natural way and one is for skins of smaller sizes (splits/butts/shoulders) where the drying happens if skins pass into a specific warming tunnel.  Vacuum/Plate

 Trimming
Leather is cut, selected and separated from the parts that are not suitable for use.
 Measuring
With our measuring machines we arrive to sq. ft. measure all kinds of skin with the type of required measuring.
 Shaving
This operation is performed to give uniform thickness to the leather surface.
 Splitting
Mechanical operation performed to separate grain leather, the upper part, from split, the lower part.
 Pressing
Operation performed to remove the excess of water and to smooth leather.
 Soaking
Water wash that removes impurities and creases from leather.
